Welcome to the Furry Resource Center. Our goal is to educate people on what furry is and what furry isn't. What furry is, its a fanbase based on the appreaciation of anthropomorphic animal people.  What furry isn't, furry is not a fetish, it is not beastiality nor zoophilia, it is certainly not a cult of sexual devients who do nothing more than draw dirty pictures of mickey mouse, donald duck and bugs bunny in a raunchy three way and have sex while dressed in an animal costume, those are all myths concocted by the media, and spread by morons who believed everything they saw on that one episode of CSI called Fur and Loathing when they had to investigate a furcon after finding a dead fursuiter by the road.

We want the world to be a much safer place for furrys to just be ourselves, and with the sorry state of affairs the world is currently in, that is something that we must fight for, not with guns and weapons, but with education and information.   While this is a good plan of attack, we are aware that we can not make people accept us, but as long as there are a few people with brains in their heads, then we can still reach out to them and educate them before the misinformation warps their minds into believing the lies that is floating around the internet and the media itself.    I am working on helping those who wish to seek the real truth behind furry and despell the lies and myths behind this subculture, so pull strap yourselves in and hold on tight, because we are about to embark on the journey through the furry fandom.
